Work Experience: No real-world work experience required. But experience aquired from schooling or part-time is required; experience gained from major project for courses are an asset.
Specialized Knowledge: We are looking to bring someone in that is studying in the IT field of Computer Science that can demonstrate the following areas: - Experience in web and software development. Including development for SharePoint 2010/2019. - Knowledge of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS & JavaScript. - Knowledge of programming using VB.Net and C# in MS Visual Studio, web site development - Knowledge of database design, SQL, SQL Server administration, SSIS, SSRS - Knowledge of development in MS Office 2016 platform using Excel, Access, VBA - Understanding of IS project methodology from the perspective of both client and business. - MS PowerShell or other scripting languages - Experience with source code management, git / gitlab Communication Skills Internal: Good communication skills required for interactions with target audiences from end users to IS Management. External: Good communications skills required for interaction with other IS personel at other SLS sites. French language is an asset, but not mandatory. |
