| Job Description: |
Replicant was founded on the belief that machines are ready to have useful, complex conversations that will transform the way they interact with the world, starting with customer service. Replicant is building the world's first autonomous contact center that works out-of-the-box to solve customer problems over the phone using voice AI. You can think of Replicant Voice as a self-service, Thinking Machine. Just like agents, Replicant is able to speak with customers in a natural tone, answer questions without delay, and deflect calls to resolve customer issues quickly. Now, enterprise customers can eliminate hold times, manage unpredictable call volumes, and give agents time back to resolve high empathy cases with a new, human + AI operating model. If you're excited by AI and human-to-machine communications and want to make an impact with great technologists and strong go-to-market leaders, then look no further. In the last year we've grown our team by 3x, increased revenue by 100x, and was named a top enterprise AI company by The Information. We currently serve Fortune 500 customers, run millions of AI calls per month in production, and are increasing our footprint globally. Here are a few points that can help you tell if Replicant might be a good fit for you: • Ship impactful code that solves real problems. Week over week you will create experiences that users will interact with thousands of times a day. They may not all be perfect when they first ship, but through our tools, you will understand what can be improved
• Experience end-to-end product development and understand "what" you are trying to build and "why" you are building it. Throughout your term here, you will have the opportunity to be part of customer meetings, participate in design workshops and work closely with partners in Design, Quality and Professional Services to deliver exceptional experiences
• Experience Startup Culture. We're still a small business, and things aren't always perfect but this is a unique opportunity to join a startup on the rise and play a vital role in building our product, technology and company.
• Committed to your growth. We've been where you are. All team members receive a structured multi-week onboarding, a technical buddy, a personalized growth plan, career coaching as well as regular feedback from their Senior staff and Managers.
• You are a part of the team. We win and lose together, as a team. As such, you will be a full-fledged member of the engineering team and contribute to top projects. You won't be stuck doing boring tasks that others don't want to do.
We're in the news Call Center automation software vendor Replicant raises $78M Replicant Named a Forbes Top 50 AI Firms to Watch in 2021 Replicant Voted #5 Most Promising Enterprise- AI Startup by The Information Throughout your term, the heart of your responsibilities will be supporting your team. This is not a job where you'll be exclusively writing unit tests on an out-of-the-way microservice nor will you be working on a skunkworks project that never sees the light of day. You are looked to as an equal member of the team and have the same responsibilities! • You will be developing new experiences for our customers solving real-world user problems
• You will be diving into the data to understand where your work is succeeding, and where our customers are having issues • You will be writing automated tests and ensuring your work is bug-free because you will be shipping code regularly • You will be meeting with our customers as part of your team to understand their pain points, overall project objectives and occasionally demo your work
