Job Description: What you’ll do
You will build, ship and iterate on high-quality prototypes and products quickly.
You will build empathy for the customer and build features to solve their needs that we may never have expected or explicitly planned.
You have a passion for your craft that drives you to improve systems and code without being explicitly told.
Collaborate closely with other developers to build highly impactful products

About You
A passion for solving problems and building solutions to completion
Has built products using React, Typescript, NestJS, HTML, CSS3 and is familiar with building application backends(NodeJS).
Desire and motivation to build and lead a startup within the Web 3 industry
Understanding of Git and it's related methodologies
Conduct and participate in code reviews, promoting best practices and maintaining a high level of quality in the codebase.
Work and collaborate effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
Good communication skills and good command of written and spoken English
Highly motivated, self-starter
A focused, hungry developer who shares the same vision and desire for success.


Bonus if you have
Past experience working with blockchain related technologies
Past experience working on fintech related projects
A demonstrated ability to learn new programming languages a big plus
Personal projects that demonstrate your creative programming skills
Online portfolio (public github or similar) is a plus
Job Requirements: Previous experience using web technologies(through coursework, personal projects, etc)
Ability to learn quickly 
Highly motivated, self-starter
