The Positions  You’ll be working on our Hubdoc product and platform within Xero. Our developers are responsible for shaping and evolving a product that manages millions of documents per month. We are looking for Software Developers to join a number of our product development teams here on Hubdoc @ Xero for 16 months. Working within our cross-functional pods under the guidance of your team lead and product owner, you will be contributing to the future of our Product Development Hub in North America and the products we build within it including our web applications, distributed backend systems, internal tooling and automation solutions along with our cross-platform greenfield innovation initiatives.
Job Requirements:	Some things you may do: * Build an amazing user experience for millions of customers with React and Nodejs * Contribute to evolution of our high scale backend processing services and the infrastructure that they run on * Build the future of our automation solutions for our millions of customers and internal teams * Write automated test cases to deliver quality to our customers * Architect and plan features with the help of senior and lead engineers along with our architects. * Work with our customer support team to help deliver a great experience for our users Job Requirements: Technical skills * Experience with React, Backbone, Vue an asset, but not required * Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript an asset, but not required * Experience with one static language (Java / C# / C / C++) We don't require you to have perfect fluency or experience with the exact components of our stack but depending on your team you will be working on NodeJS, .NET Core, React, Backbone, Postgres, SQL Server, TeamCity, Docker, Kubernetes and a variety of AWS services.
