The Program Investment office is responsible to determine the strategy, finances, and oversee the execution of projects and special mandates to support the aftermarket fleet, maximizing profits and improving efficiency.
The Program team also support the organization in creating mechanisms, structures and applications, to measure the Program performance and investment results.
Your tasks will include:
- Support the “CARE” program consisting of modification lines located at our service centers.
- Support the program and in-service business development teams to evaluate various costs and pricing.
- Work with various functions such as sales support, engineering, material logistics, and finance, service centers, vendors.
- Manage project, raise and resolve risks leading to successful implementation.
- Create, manage and measure financial forecasts/budgets. (Cost/Revenue)
- Create and update documentation relating to the product including service bulletin status and inventory reports.
- Generate monthly reports and develop KPI to measure program performance and streamline efficiency.
- Create material forecasts, approve Invoices and Purchase Orders, generate Purchase Requisitions and Manual Billing Requests.
- Regularly maintain databases and continuously work with IT to improve it.
- Actively review and analyze existing Contracts and participate in new Contract preparations.

Additional details:
- Position located at Boisbriand, Québec or Mississauga, Ontario.
- Flexible working schedule with expectation to be physically working at the office at least 2 days/week (subject to change as per company policy).
