You will report directly to the Manager customer support – Americas and support the various teams located worldwide.  Our team is in direct contact with the various CRJ operators to ensure excellent customer satisfaction with our products and services as well as the development of the new business opportunities between the parties.   As part of this team you will contribute to: Prepare the monthly Customer Satisfaction Index report or any other recurring report Complete project schedules and performance tracking in regard to deadline adherence Improve adherence to project commitments for the department, improve governance and visibility to managers Develop valuable performance metrics for the team Monitor adherence to budget Perform various data analysis in support of ongoing projects You will develop the following skills: Analysis Project Development Relation with multiple function across the organization Time and Priorities Management Additional details: Position located in Mississauga, Ontario– flexible working schedule with expectation to be physically working at the office when required (subject to change while adhering to provincial guidelines for COVID-19)
Job Requirements:	The skills you bring:   Are enrolled in Commerce, computer engineering or industrial engineering program Have project management skills Have Commerce / Financial acumen Have high organizational skills Have good presentation and communication skills Having coding / automation skill is a plus Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Having experience with Project Online is a plus Having VBA for Excel is a plus
