The Program Investment office is responsible to determine the strategy, finances, and oversee the execution of projects and special mandates to support the aftermarket fleet, maximizing profits and improving efficiency.
The Program team also support the organization in creating mechanisms, structures and applications, to measure the Program performance and investment results.
 
Your tasks will include:
  • Analyze projects and create applications to improve the efficiency & productivity of various groups.
  • Maintain and manage existing applications that are used across the company.
  • Develop applications to streamline processes & consolidate financial and performance data obtained from multiple departments to optimize forecasting and execution of projects.
  • Work in different areas of Information Technology at the infrastructure level, application services and projects to support MHIRJ operations.
  • Use your unique engineering creativity to develop ingenious solutions.

Additional details:
  • Position located at Boisbriand, Québec or Mississauga, Ontario.
  • Flexible working schedule with expectation to be physically working at the office at least 2 days/week (subject to change as per company policy).
Job Requirements: The skills you bring:
  • You have completed 3 years in a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering.
  • A very good knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (C#, Python, JavaScript, Java).
  • Experience and knowledge with the following languages and technologies: Visual Studio, Microsoft Access, Oracle Database (SQL), HTML Web Based, SQL Server.
  • The following frameworks are considered assets: WinForms, WPF, .NET
  • You have very good business acumen and judgment.
  • You have strong communication skills and can clearly communicate your ideas to colleagues and the leadership team.
  • You have strong conflict resolution skills.
  • You have good time management and project planning/organizational skills.
  • You know when/how to prioritize urgencies.
  • You have a good level of knowledge in French and English, spoken and written.
  • You work well in a team of diversified backgrounds and skills.
