What you’ll do:

As a Junior Technical Consultant, you will learn the Salesforce platform and use your technical and product knowledge to design, build, and deliver tailored solutions for our clients, using Salesforce and other connected technologies. Your work will cover two broad areas:
 

Development

As a Junior Technical Consultant, you will gain experience designing, implementing, and deploying solutions for clients within their Salesforce platform that adhere to best practices.  Solutions will vary from using existing software systems to custom development and integrations to expand base functionality of our client’s platform.   

Salesforce and Marketing Automation Consulting

You will also support clients with their day-to-day use of platforms. This includes: administration, configuration, email and landing page development, and website and systems integration. With much of your work completed remotely, the ability to communicate with clients via both email and conference calls is of the utmost importance.  

Training will be provided for certification in Salesforce.com.

This position has flexibility to fully in office (Toronto, ON), or a hybrid of office and remote.

Front end web development skills (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript)
Back end web development skills (PHP, C#, Java, Ruby, Python or Node.js)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
