The Opportunity The Hubdoc Mobile Team’s mission is to create a reliable, quick and easy to use mobile experience for capturing financial documents, and sending them through our document automation platform. We work closely with the other Hubdoc engineering, product and design teams to create a seamless experience for our customers across the mobile and web apps, powered by shared APIs, frameworks and services. Our developers are responsible for the Android and iOS apps, along with our Backend-For-Frontend (BFF), which are responsible for capturing and uploading financial documents to the Hubdoc Document Pipeline. We are looking for a Software Developer to join the Hubdoc team at Xero for 16 months. Working with our Senior Developers, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and evolving our native mobile apps and the supporting BFF in an agile environment. |

| Job Requirements: |
Technical Experience - Experience with Node.js / Typescript, Swift and/or Kotlin an asset, but not required - Experience with mobile development We don't require you to have perfect fluency or experience with the exact components of our stack, but for reference, we use: Ubuntu, Node.js. Postgres, Docker and a variety of AWS services. |
