Job Description:	Position:  Depending on your team placement, your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to); Development and integration of control systems, and preparation of logic diagrams, writing code for standalone applications using Visual Studio platform Development and integration of control systems to act as EV/EVSE Control Unit  Application of principles and techniques of electric power systems engineering , review of technical documents and manuals, preparation of electrical schematics, panel layouts, bill of material Modeling, simulation and analysis of protection, automation and control of power systems using software applications such as CAPE, ASPEN, PSCAD, CYME, MATLAB and Simulink Getting familiarized with testing transportation electrification technologies,  designing mobility hubs, North American industry standards and electrical codes Supporting the engineering lead with project activities Working hands-on to build prototypes
Job Requirements:	Qualifications Required: In year 3 or 4 of a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Industrial, Mechanical or other related technical discipline Good written and oral communication skills Self-motivated and a team player Ability to work independently and around obstacles, with effective problem solving and critical thinking skills Desired Skillset: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, Word, Access, PowerPoint) Familiarity with programming languages (C# .Net, NodeJS, React, Python, SQL) Familiarity with GIT, AWS, Docker Familiarity with business intelligence tools (PowerBI, Oracle Apex, Tableau) Familiarity with electrical simulation software platforms (CAPE, ASPEN, CYME, PSCAD) Ability to interpret electrical drawings such as single line diagrams, control schematics, AC/DC schematics Experience programming PLCs,HMIs or microcontrollers for EVSEs Experience working in laboratory environment
