Then Intel’s AXG department has opportunities for you. If you join the Discrete Graphics Platform System Engineering team within AXG, you will develop hardware and graphics solutions for Intel products including the newest IPs targeted at next gen GPUs. You will have the opportunity to participate in enabling technologies in the areas of PCB design, manufacturing, testing and debug. Responsibilities: · Learn to resolve challenges in the areas of high-speed board design, power, digital and analog design · Innovate and simplify tools and processes via scripting · Use CAD and simulation tools such as Cadence Allegro, Sigrity · Participate in power on activities to bring new products and features to life · Design PCB schematics, create layouts, and select components for a Bill of Material · Design specialized circuits board projects to support teams · Debug and maintain projects with various levels of complexity and purposes · Research and implement new technologies · Support and learn about E2E mega features including areas such as firmware, configuration, and software · Dynamically interact with Intel's cross-functional design and validation teams |

| Job Requirements: |
Candidate must be pursuing a Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics Engineering, or other science/engineering related field. 3+ months of educational or work experience in the following: · Working in a lab environment with schematics/PCB or Thermal/Mechanical or Robotics design · Programming/Scripting languages such as C, C++, Perl, Python, Skill (Cadence), Excel VBA Ways to stand out above the crowd: · Extracurricular team activities showing initiative and strong work ethic · Computer enthusiasts with excellent knowledge of current leading PC technology · Experience in discrete graphics add-in cards/systems, building your own PC |
