In this role you will take ownership of IT issues and identify and implement solutions, you will work with large data sets across various platforms while interacting with internal and external stakeholders. This is a role for someone who is curious, fast paced and able to see the big picture. As a Fullstack Developer you’ll use leading edge technologies to innovate highly concurrent server applications that directly impact ecobee’s success. We encourage the freedom to investigate and evaluate new technologies to solve complex problems. As a result, your input will have a significant impact on our company and objectives. How You’ll Make an Impact: - Building and maintaining serverless data pipelines using Google Cloud Platform
- Automating various operations in NetSuite ERP using the SuiteScript JavaScript API - Building reusable service components that extend business systems infrastructure - Contributing to collaborative problem solving and ideation sessions with a team of developers |

What You Bring to the Table: - A Creative problem solver and self-directed learner
- Possess solid JavaScript fundamentals that you are interested in levelling up. - Comfortable writing reliable async code (lots of network requests!) - Experience writing unit tests in any framework and structuring code for ease of testing. - We’d like to hear about your experience with: - JavaScript
- Serverless & event-driven applications - Message queues & PubSub/event brokers - Basic distributed systems principles + techniques - REST API basics - SQL - Just so you know: successfully matched candidates will be required to complete a criminal background check.
