The In-Service Engineering Structure team supports a worldwide fleet of CRJs in providing engineering solutions to bring aircraft back to service after bird strikes, lightning strikes, damages induced on ground, damages found during heavy maintenance, etc. You will be joining a very experienced team composed of design engineers, stress engineers and material and process engineers.     In your duties, you will be called upon to: Be part of the In-service engineering team assigned to the design of structural repair schemes for damaged in-service aircraft, in accordance with Regulatory Body (TC, FAA, EASA, etc.) and MHIRJ Design requirements. Perform repair sizing, select structural configurations and materials (metallic and composites structures) for preparing optimized repair schemes, while meeting customers’ tight schedules and deadlines. Review prepared repair solutions and submit them for compliance review and approval to a Transport Canada Representative (DAD). Participate in the design and support of structural modifications Participate in the continuous improvement initiatives of the Customer Support organization.         Additional details: Position located at Boisbriand, Québec
Job Requirements:	As the ideal candidate: Are enrolled in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with a relevant experience in the aerospace industry; You have detailed knowledge of CATIA V5 and Enovia; You have detailed knowledge of aircraft structure repair; You have knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); You are customer oriented, organized, able to manage your time and prioritize tasks effectively, while working toward tight deadlines; You have strong, written and spoken, communication skills in English. French is an asset; Having detailed knowledge of airline operation, engineering and maintenance is an asset
