Job Requirements:	Embedded Software Intern Alphawave Semi is looking for a highly motivated, excellent student to join its embedded software team. You will be joining a team whose primary objective is to build reliable core software that operates our high-speed interconnect hardware and devices. This role will span a wide range of fields: low-level C code that runs on embedded microprocessors, C/C++ verification and environment automation, using Python to develop tooling and tests to help support our core team. You will be working closely with Firmware, Digital Design, Design Verification, DevOps, and other Embedded Software team members. What you’ll be doing: · Working on low level drivers to talk to our hardware · Optimizing our code to work across various domains like simulation, emulation and silicon · Improving development flows and tools · Automating testing and integration of our firmware/software across all of our hardware What we need to see: · Student of B.Sc. or equivalent experience in Computer Science / SW / Computer Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Communication Engineering · Experience with Python and C · Knowledge in Linux · Creative, motivated and value driven person It’d be great if you had: · Experience with multi platform systems, both in HW/FW/SW · Knowledge of Verilog/SystemVerilog · Experience building responsive and reactive web apps · Background with Networking applications and protocols · Experience with CI tools and methodology (Git, Github Actions, Gitlab, Jenkins etc.) · Demonstrated ability of in-depth problem solving Diversity & Inclusivity Alphawave Semi is based out of one of the most diverse countries in the world.
