Job Description:	CORPORATE SERVICES CO-OP ASSOCIATE Ministry of Transportation - Corporate Services Division Organizational Effectiveness Branch About Us: The Organizational Effectiveness Branch (OEB) is responsible for leading strategic planning, program evaluation, and continuous improvement projects. Our promise to our clients is to provide expert support and guidance while also building capacity in the program area for continuous improvement. We have a passion for doing things differently and better to improve how we deliver public service. The Role: The co-op associate will work with the team to: Support facilitated workshops with ministry clients to, e.g., define and scope areas of opportunity/problems to be solved, brainstorm root causes and improvements, identify risks and mitigations, and develop strategic action items. Develop analysis to measure process performance, assess risks, determine root causes, and propose improvements Develop project plans, data visualizations/dashboards, presentations, workshop designs, reports, and other deliverables Conduct user research, environmental scans, data analysis, root-cause analysis, etc.
Job Requirements:	Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills used to communicate effectively with staff, clients, and stakeholders at all levels and prepare clear and concise materials Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Products including but not limited to Teams, SharePoint, Office Suite, Google Docs (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms), Zoom. Proficiency with MS PowerBI, Jira Altassian, and/or Excel VBA is an asset Ability to develop visual presentations and/or dashboards is an asset Excellent research skills with a demonstrated ability to analyse large volumes of information, identify critical insights, and summarize key findings effectively Strong aptitude towards using data analytics to inform research and decision making Results focused and deadline oriented, with the ability to work in a busy environment without compromising quality or timeliness Ability to take initiative and manage a diverse range of multiple tasks while meeting deadlines Ability to work independently or collaboratively with a team
